4.2. The User bears full responsibility for:

5. Paid Services
5.1. Some features of the Site are available by subscription.

5.2. Payment is made through secure payment systems.

5.3. Refunds are possible in accordance with the legislation on distance selling.

6. Final Provisions
6.1. The Administration reserves the right to:

• make changes to the Agreement;

• block users for violations.

6.2. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
